The Stations of the Cross

On Good Friday morning, Paul led a service in which the congregation walked around the church to meditate on fifteen paintings depicting the final hours of Jesus’ Passion and his Resurrection. We had the opportunity to think about what Easter means for us and we felt that Paul’s choice of prayers and responses really hit home in making us think about the many ways in which we let down ourselves and hurt others because of what we say and do – or equally, what we we fail to say or do. The wording of the prayers was so clear and relevant and we would like to thank Paul for making this such a meaningful service and Ian for his playing. Jim and Sue Saunders
