The Policy has been put in place in order to preserve a degree of uniformity across the Diocese and to allow Grave Yard maintenance.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Headstones must have written consent from Incumbent
2. No bulbs, shrubs, plants, trees, perennials, to be planted in Grave Plot
3. No Toys, Ornaments, Planters, Photographs or Memorabilia to be placed on Graves
4. No Kerb Stones, Railings, Plain or Coloured Chipping's, Slate, Statues, Bird Baths to be placed on Graves
5. Only one Flower Vase may be incorporated into the Head Stone.
No separate Vases are permitted
6. No Artificial Flowers Silk or Plastic. Except Remembrance Poppies/Wreaths or Easter/Christmas Wreaths. These must to be removed four weeks after respective date.
7. Wreaths must be placed on Head Stone Plinth.
If any of the above apply please remove with in one month. Anything not removed will be removed by Church Wardens and PCC and disposed of after this period.
