Annual Vestry Meeting & Annual Parish Meeting – At the Annual Vestry Meeting Hilda Hilton and Graham Tipper were elected Churchwardens for the forthcoming year.

At the Annual Parish Meeting Debbie Summersgill, Geoff Gill, Jean Freeman, Rita Gorman & Jim Saunders were elected to the PCC to serve for 3 years. John Ibbotson retired after many years of service. Peter Cowell was welcomed as a sidesperson to replace Len Jessop who has retired from the role.

Diamond Jubilee – The Bishop of Blackburn has asked that the parishioners who wish to might like to send greetings and good wishes to Her Majesty as she celebrates her Diamond Jubilee. A form for signing is available at the back of church.
