Dear Friends,
We would like to thank you for both your past and on-going support for Christian Aid here in the Northwest. As you know, we as an organisation, are committed to tackling global poverty and injustice.
Christian Aid is inspired by the gospel message of hope and love that unites people from all denominations in prayer and service. We believe that all people are created in the image of God, with inherent dignity and infinite worth.
On our website you can find direct link to current emergency appeals, including the Philippines Typhoon Appeal. Currently up to 10,000 people are feared dead and hundreds of thousands have been displaced. Christian Aid has dispatched three emergency response assessment teams in the worst hit area, we are doing everything we can at the moment.
On the church’s area of our website you can also find regularly updated Bible studies, prayers, reflections and theology papers. You can also access our Learn website which has monthly school assemblies and Youth Leader resources.
On the Act Now! area of our website you will find our campaigns that tackle the root cause of poverty so that all can have abundant life.
