The Rev’d Dr. Sue Williams will be instituted by the Rt Rev’d Cyril Ashton, Honorary Assistant Bishop and inducted by the Rev’d John Hawley, Archdeacon of Blackburn, as Vicar of Mellor, Balderstone and Samlesbury at St Mary’s on Tuesday 12th March 2013 at 7.30pm.
The service will also mark the inauguration of the United Benefice of Balderstone, Mellor and Samlesbury.
We look forward to seeing as many parishioners as possible on what will be a very special occasion.
