and Samlesbury

“All Souls’ Day Service”

to be celebrated on Monday, 4th November

at 7.30pm

at St Mary the Virgin, Mellor

St Mary’s Mellor has offered to host the observance of “All Souls’ Day” for this year. The service is an opportunity for us to remember in love those departed, of our individual families, friends and fellow church members.

In each church there is a sheet on which the names of loved ones can be written. During the service a representative from each church will read out the respective names, all surrounded by love and prayer. There is the opportunity for attendees to light a candle in their memory.

Please accept this invitation. We look forward to seeing you for this occasion.
