'Little Angels' at Easter

There were 49 of us at the Easter meeting held on Tuesday, 30th March 2010.

On the way from the Narthex to our story place in the Chancel the children hunted for the chocolates which had been given to us by Mrs Norah Alcock, collected them together in a basket before sharing them with each other.

The theme for the day was 'chickens' and after looking at an egg and a book about chickens the children were enthralled with the four newly hatched chicks brought by Claire Bridge. It was lovely to watch the children holding the chicks so gently and to see the look of wonder on their little faces.

We meet on Tuesday, 4th May at 2.15pm in the Narthex to celebrate our 12th birthday with a party and again on 25th May for our usual monthly meeting.
