Mellor Youth Orchestra

Any young person of secondary age is welcome to bring their instrument along and join us at a "get together" this Friday, February 1st 6.30pm - 8.30pm in the Church Narthex.

There will be a half hour instrumental session, followed by games and party food.    Julie McGurty & Margaret Baldwin.

                    2.15pm  ‘Little Angels’ in the Narthex.   

                   Sarah Earnshaw, the Diocesan Advisor for under 5's,  will bring

                        her small friend Jack who helps her tell lovely stories.

NEWS

Following today’s service Bishop Julian will talk to the congregation and parish about the situation in which St Mary's has found itself over the last few months, what has happened and how we now all hope to move forward in a spirit of forgiveness and reconciliation.


Electoral Roll

Application forms for election to the newly revised Electoral Roll are available in the Narthex or from Graham Tipper.

Please note as this year is a complete renewal, everyone needs to re-apply for membership.

Village Quiz on 8th February in the Day School at 7.30pm.

Tickets will be limited to 100 and are priced at £7.50,
(incl Meat-and-Potato Pie Supper).   Tickets are available from members of the Social Committee, today.
