Blackburn Food Bank

The Food Bank is experiencing ever increasing demands and is finding it increasingly difficult to supply desperately needed groceries and other food items. We have a collection point in

the back of Church for donations of food, cleaning and household items, etc. which is regularly delivered to the Food Bank. In the light of this increasing demand could we encourage those who already contribute to consider increasing their food etc. donations a little - and those who haven't contributed to consider doing so - no donation is too small. Jesus said: "I was hungry and you gave me something to eat...Truly I tell you just as you did it to one of the least of family you did it to me" [Matthew 25, 35 & 40].
